Optical Moons

Optical Moons is a series of Jacquard-woven wall pieces that explore the dimensionality of cloth. Each work begins as a digital design and is translated, pixel by pixel and thread by thread, into the woven structure.

Optical patterns shift across the surface, creating topographical depth, height and space, where the eye expects flatness. The series is a reminder that textiles are never truly flat: every cloth is built from layers, intersections, and dimension.
