Jacquard is a style of “figure weaving” used to create elaborate designs and detailed images that are not limited to repeat patterns and can incorporate a variety of colors, materials, and densities. This swatch was woven with a TC2 loom which is a computer-controlled and manually0operated machine designed to be operated by the creator/designer/weaver.
